We offer group fitness and strength training classes so that you can burn calories, get stronger and toned, and not get bored with the same routine.
Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so you don’t put weight back on after your “diet” is over.
Weekly goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade InBody Composition Analyzer to hold you accountable while also knowing exactly what’s happening with your body as it changes. We use metrics that matter, not just a scale.
We offer Red Light Therapy for increased recovery post-workout and electromagnetic pulse therapy to ground your body and increase blood flow.
We offer a broad array of class times for the early birds and after 5pm crowd, in addition to Personal Training to fit your schedule.

I recently attended a CrossFit class in Michigan and we did Dead Lifts. The instructor went around and corrected almost everyone in the class, I may have been the only perfect, that is a compliment to Brian's personal training sessions."

"Working with Bryan and his staff has really improved my lifting technique. When I first met Bryan, I explained to him that I really did not know much about lifting, having never been in any type of sport. He patiently showed me step by step exactly how to improve each lift. It took a few months but I began to see gains pretty quickly.
Even though I know I need to improve much I have never felt more confident about lifting weight in the gym. I have also continuously hit new personal milestones over the past six months.
I have also benefitted from advice about how to tweak my diet from both Junco and Bryan. I have really enjoyed working out at Houma CrossFit. It seems that every time I go I learn something new. My new favorite is what I call the Houma Iditarod. It's pretty entertaining to watch!

So I joined CrossFit originally for my mental health. It was a way to relieve stress and to be able to go home to my kids and not be really worked up from a day of stressful work. So I started coming three times a week just doing Crossfit Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And I enjoyed it. It was fun. Got to meet a lot of great people. They're supportive and over time I was getting compliments like hey you you looking good. You know you're slimming down.
Even though I didn't quite see it yet It was nice to be supportive from the coaches and from other members. And then as time went by I was stronger. I could run around with my toddler without getting winded. I could pick her up and hold her longer. So that was that was nice to see.
I was eating better. I like my choices in food. I was working on not only eating healthy for me but showing my kids like, hey. Like, instead of trying this, let's try this. And so throughout the year, the kids picked up some better eating habits which was nice.
And after about a year of coming, I've noticed my I needed a whole new wardrobe. My clothes started getting big so that was the biggest change that I saw myself and now I come four times a week sometimes five times a week just to come and socialize and see people and have a good time...
Wow! Where do I start? Amazing community. Coach/owners are THE real deal! From the hospitality, coaching, and walking the walk of health mind and body... They know their art and I am humbled by the knowledge that was shared with me! Gave me LOTS to study up on as an athlete and a coach. WELL DONE CF HOUMA! Well done. I hope to pass through again one day and hang out with you guys. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your community for the week. If you are traveling through or looking for a home gym in the area check these guys out. You will NOT leave unsatisfied.

I have gone to CrossFit Houma for around 5 years. It has allowed me to accomplish every fitness and health goal I could even imagine. The instructors are knowledgable and the atmosphere is inviting/fun. I Would recommend this gym 10/10 for anyone wanting to take a shot at personal fitness.

I'm not a big fan of exercise, especially gyms full of people where I don't 100% know what I'm doing. Cross fit has been the best. They walk you through every exercise every day. There is always a coach there to help answer questions, watch your form, and help you plan steps towards whatever your goal is. And the absolute best is the family I have gained. Not at all. Our gym is designed for beginners to advanced, and we’re with you every step of the journey. We specialize in coaching excellent form and teaching the client to focus on their technique so that beginners can make efficient progress from day one.
Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now. 12 and 24 month memberships are NOT client-centric and our gym is all about our clients and their success!
We understand getting started is the hardest part, and we’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “No-Sweat Intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, because achieving them is why we exist. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2.
